These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StirUp website and services (https://stirup.io), which are owned and operated by DeliveryHUB Inc. ("DeliveryHUB", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

StirUp provides restaurants with commission-free online ordering, self-delivery, delivery dispatch, and point-of-sale tools. We may update or change the services at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, break any applicable laws, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

4. SMS Terms

By opting in to text messages from StirUp (DeliveryHUB Inc.), you agree to receive the messages that apply to you:

• Restaurants and applicants: application updates, onboarding, account notifications, and customer support.
• Customers who order through StirUp: order confirmations, delivery updates, and tracking links.
• Delivery drivers: delivery assignments, pickup and drop-off details, and dispatch updates.
• Marketing: product news and offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, contact hello@stirup.io.

5. Fees and Payment

Any fees for the services will be disclosed to you before you are charged.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the StirUp website are the property of DeliveryHUB Inc. or its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeliveryHUB Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
