We collect information from the restaurants that use StirUp, from their customers who place orders, and from delivery drivers. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, order information, delivery addresses, the location of drivers while they are completing a delivery, and information about how you use our website and services.

When you order from a restaurant that uses StirUp, we process your information on behalf of that restaurant to fulfil your order and delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process orders, communicate with you, send service notifications, provide customer support, and meet our legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you:

• Restaurants and applicants: application updates, onboarding, account notifications, and customer support.
• Customers who order through StirUp: order confirmations, delivery updates, and tracking links.
• Delivery drivers: delivery assignments, pickup and drop-off details, and dispatch updates.
• Marketing: product news and offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our services (for example, hosting, payment processing, and messaging providers), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
