How is 0–10% commission even possible?
Because the order never touches a marketplace. It comes through your own site, on your own domain, so there is no third-party listing fee to pay. On Essential you pay 2% on pickup and 10% on delivery; on Pro you pay 0% commission on every order.
Who delivers my orders?
Our own trained drivers deliver every order — including the ones that come in through the third-party apps you already use. STIR UP runs its own delivery fleet rather than outsourcing to gig couriers, at a 6% driver contribution per order instead of the apps' delivery mark-up.
Does it work with my Square POS?
Yes. Your own-site orders, your app orders and your deliveries all land in the Square POS your kitchen already runs on — no second tablet, no re-keying.
How long until I'm live?
You send us your menu and your branding; we build the ordering site, connect it to your Square POS, and walk your team through it before you take the first order. We'll give you a date for your restaurant when we talk.
Do I have to leave DoorDash or Uber Eats?
No. Most restaurants keep them and shift volume to their own site gradually — you can even keep the app orders and just move the delivery onto our drivers.
